Returns Policy
Please let us know if there are any issues with your order by emailing cages@qualitycage.com within 48 hours of delivery.
***DO NOT THROW AWAY THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED IN***
Returns:
We will send you a return shipping label upon notification of a return.
We will accept returns on unopened boxes within 7 days of delivery. You will be charged for return shipping. A refund minus return shipping will be issued after we receive and inspect your return.
If you have opened your box, we will need at least 3 clear photos of your unused product from front, side, and top. Please repack in the original box carefully and place our return shipping label on it. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from your return.Â
If returning after 7 days, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
If the original packaging is unusable, the buyer is responsible for packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipment.
If we receive an item damaged due to neglectful repackaging, the damage will be assessed and deducted from the refund.
Once a return shipment has arrived back to our facility, please allow up to 4 business days for inspection and to process a refundable amount.Â
Product Arrived Damaged:
If you received your item damaged, we will need 3 clear photos of the damage and 2 photos of the box in the condition it arrived within 48 hours of delivery.
Used Products:
We guarantee satisfaction with our crafting. If you or your animals are not satisfied with your items, they may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please notify our office (cages@qualitycage.com) and we will send you a return label for the original box. If the original packaging is missing, the buyer must pay return shipping. All used items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be issued when we receive the product and inspect it. Damaged products due to neglectful repackaging are subject to a fee. The damage will be assessed and deducted from the refund.
Exchanges:
We do not do exchanges as they can be hard to track.
You will need to return your product, and place a new order for what you wanted.Â
