Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Current production capability doesn’t allow for quick turnaround. All products are made to order unless otherwise stated, and are subject to a 2-14 day production time prior to shipping. This entirely depends on order volume and can sometimes take longer than expected.
Our products will ship the same or next business day of their completion.
Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally is available and we can provide a quote if you contact cages@qualitycage.com with your zip code or location and desired products. We will be able to respond to you with an invoice and the shipping quote included. Quality Cage Crafters is not responsible for any duty fees incurred on our products when they leave the United States. Quality Cage Crafters reserves the right to use the shipping option and carrier of choice. If you would like to pay extra for expedited shipping, please contact cages@qualitycage.com and we can get you a quote.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of your order are accepted up to the day it ships. If your order has left our facility, the cancellation will have to become a return. Please follow the instructions above for a return.
***Cancellations of custom orders are only accepted for 24 hours after payment.
Product Arrived Damaged:
If you received your item damaged, we will need 3 clear photos of the damage and 2 photos of the box in the condition it arrived within 48 hours of delivery.
***DO NOT THROW AWAY THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED IN***
